Do you agree with the Bush administration that under either the 2001 or the 2002 Authorizations for the Use of Force the president has the power to capture and detain in the U.S a legal U.S. resident and hold him indefinitely with out charges or access to a lawyer, as argued by the Department of Justice in the Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri case?
