After growing up in Kansas City and obtaining a B.A. in political science from the University of Kansas, I came to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt Law School. The weather is nicer here, so I stayed. In late ‘99, I started the process of coming out to myself, then to friends and family. As that has progressed, I’ve found that many of my previous positions and views needed re-examining. My politics still run pretty far to the right, but they are heavily tinged with libertarian ideals.
I also like to drink, dance, shoot, fish, read, travel and shop (mostly for shirts).
